Helicopter Tour of McLaren Vale
Be picked up from the Weemilah helipad and see the stunning beauty of the McLaren Vale wine region. The tour includes a 30 minute flight over the Fleurieu Peninsula to view the entire wine district. See the coastline with views of the colourful cliffs, white sandy beaches, vast vineyards, Onkaparinga Gorge and the pristine waters of St Vincent Gulf. Keep an eye out for dolphins! Helicopter flights are offered by Helivista in R44 helicopter which seats 3 passengers. Each passenger is not to weigh more than 120kg, with the total maximum weight of not more than 240kg. Winery Lunch by Helicopter
Upgrade your chauffeur to a pilot. Be picked up from the Weemilah helipad and whisked off via the coast and vines to Shottesbrooke Winery. There you will be met and guided through a private 'from the ground up' wine tasting experience. Taste new vintages straight from the barrel! Afterwards, take a 5 minute stroll through the gum trees to the award wining Currant Shed Restaurant where you will be treated to a 3 course lunch with wine pairing. After lunch, your helicopter awaits for the complimentary return flight to Weemilah Luxury Retreat. Extra cost $1,180 per couple.
